Fantastic work! I've been debating how big a course to make myself but probably won't end up going that big. Anyone taking the leap and making a 18 hole course?

I have a second nine hole course in the planning stages, but I will wait until this event is done before I commit to a massive land clearing effort to place it. I'd also like to see greens and tees that can be faced all four directions. The EA folks have never laid out a real course or they would see the need for cardinal facings for all the elements. (I grew up on a golf course, so I have some experience with this.)

That’s what I’ve done so far, how many other decorations are they going to add, do you think? I’d love to get golf carts or maybe a few crowds of impatient golfers standing in queue at each hole.

I am very undecided on design. First there is the Springfield Golf Course which I placed years ago in Springfield Heights against the mountains with the hopeful implication that most of the course is hidden by them. Now we get the Cedar Glen clubhouse - my fancy Cedar Glen suburb is near my Shelbyville area. Temporarily I have located the third clubhouse Springfield Municipal Golf Course in the open area near my large Springfield Zoo. So should I combine them all into one large course? Decisions, decisions! :D

I also thought there was 3 courses now, but I’m confused by the dialog; it literally said there is only 2 courses now. So it seems to me that there’s the SF Glen course, the Muni course, and so the SF CC doesn’t have a course? I think I’m going to pair that to the polo fields then.

Yep.....I'm still adding to and improving my 9 hole layout. The golf carts are a bit out of scale but they look good otherwise. Now I'm thinking of expansion to a full 18 with houses all around, which is gonna take some serious rearranging.

Anybody doing an 18 hole? I’m conflicted in expanding my 9-hole
