The only way I've ever seen it is in the game. I would contact EA again - they can work around the number - they have other ways to identify your account. Just be patient and explain thoroughly..... they don't get things a lot

@crod - you've obviously tried logging in on multiple devices? If via in-game is indeed the only way to find it, EA should freakin' know that! Call them out via chat or email - "I'd love to give you that, but as you know, I can't access my game . . ."sandwedgeking wrote:

Yes, indeed (iPad Air 2, Samsung Galaxy Note 4, iPod Touch 6g)... don't know what game they're trying to play... as you said they know it's the only way to get the number... but anyway, incompetence, perhaps?
