Mega playscape upgrades
After the act1 my playground is not yet fully upgraded... how can we upgrade it?

I think the problem is that it's getting counted as being Fortified, it's just not showing it. So you have to Assault the invisible Fortified levels away, which is why it doesn't appear to change. It seems to take forever to Assault it down to zero, but then it only takes a couple of days to Fortify it to completion.
