Would it be possible to not tap it until Christmas? Like sort of its own mini game (avoid touching the corn harvest til Christmas morning).
Just a thought. I bet if you post daily updates of how you haven't tapped the tempting corn, we'd something something something.

Now just to avoid that area of my town entirely to not collect the corn.....challenge accepted.
