Missing donuts!!!!
Id suggest contacting EA, but I spoke to them yesterday and they had no idea how or why the free donuts people are talking about came from, so that's not necessarily gonna help you.

I have three towns and in one of my towns the same thing was happening. I couldn't really prove it but it still annoys me. I bought the same number of donuts for towns 2 and 3. I also have the same premium items and don't use donuts to speed up tasks. Town 2 has 216 fewer donuts than town 3.
It sucks!
I never reported my problem because I wasn't keeping track and couldn't tell for sure when they were used up.
