The only option for TSTO is 'Open', as opposed to 'Update', although it does appear under my personal Updates.
The only option for me also is "open", but it does NOT show on my list of apps that updated today. Very strange, but I don't seem to be having problems - I received SH credit for already having a tennis court, gold swimming pool etc.
