I dunno. the more I'm seeing, the more my skepticism returns. I will say this: unlike the last event, it looks like everyone will be able to create a nicely detailed park without spending a lot of donuts.
I'm scratching my head about a lot of the new content. Some stuff seems like it would be a much better fit in other potential events. Plenty of disappointment about potential returning content that will not be returning too. I'm getting a real mixed bag vibe from this event already.
100% agreed. Overall, I think EA did a better job with returning NPCs than returning playable characters, but both are lacking. As for new content, I'm trying to reserve judgment until I actually see how it all pieces together in my town but I foresee many complaints about scale, especially now that land tokens are such a rare commodity.
My misgivings about the new content is more about how some stuff would fit better during Halloween or another time travel event (see: last act 3 prize). After act 1, a lot of this event's content really separates from the event theme.
