TIDBIT: If you have the Ye Olde Magick Shoppe, and decide to use the UO to send characters on all 4hr tasks; Sam and Larry have their 4hr task default to there, NOT to Moe's Express.
If you don't have the Magick Shoppe in your town; their default 4hr task is at Moe's Express.
So, if you want them to go Moe's Express, and you have the Magick Shoppe, you will have to manually send them there. Either from tapping on them, or the building itself.
