Moes tavern
I noticed early on that moes tavern was unlockes, now that I have the cooling towers for the power plant moes in no longer listed at all. I didn't have the money to build it before but I do now and I can't.

- If you haven't reached the level where Moe's is available, which will give you Moe and Marge, then you likely were offered it temporarily so you could purchase the character needed for the event. Event is over, so offer rescinded. Did you play the event without Moe?

The 3rd point states:
Moe's Tavern, Van Houten House, Bart's Treehouse and Springfield Penitentiary's requirement returned to normal.
