Monorail: Projects Board Daily Caps (Update: Muscular Marge)

Still makes no sense to me. Yesterday I earned around 3000 blueprints, just doing projects, and then was capped. Same exact thing today. If I can get 4500 per day from projects, where the hell are those other 1500 going?

Also, this is a stupid system. Major screwup number two for this event :x
