This is completely different topics...
House farmers are tapping the houses collecting extra cash. The extra Kwik-E-Marts are just there for a rating, not to collect extra cash. 99.9% of the time house farms are stacked with no space between the houses. The 5 Kwik-E-Marts are (normally) spread out as much as possible, usually with different designs. The other option was hiding them behind larger buildings, so in essence they are completely different.
