The Mr Sparkle sign is a start, but I agree - a cash decoration would be great, even if it only gave 1pt to Consumerism like stop signs/"Hail Ants" signs do to Obedience. That way, it's possible and you're also able to be creative with it, but it would take time to do so (eg. buying 40-50 signs).
