Mr Plow

Thats just it none of the other characters r at the top of his task screen

When you tap Homer and the box pops up with his tasks, there is a minus sign in a circle at the top right of the box. Tap that to turn it to a plus sign and the box should expand to show all of the costume options (Regular Homer, Mr Plow, Cool Homer, Santa Homer, etc.)

Screenshot maybe because it sounds like you may be confused about where to change it at. Otherwise, try killing the app and reloading it.

Sorry new to forum cant see how to put photo's on here. I've un-installed and re-installed app but no good also no symbols at top of his task bar apart from the top left arrow which sends u back to game. Thanks for help so far
