You can always store him. That's what I did.

- He needs 4 more tasks
1hr - Smoke (visual task)
4hrs - Be Krusty's Butler (Krusty's Mansion)
8hrs - Go for Rehearsals (Krustylu Studios)
24hrs - Write for the Good Guy Awards (Channel 6) - I'd be happy with just one non-Krusty related task. Anything, really. The above list isn't bad at all. I'll probably end up storing him, too, until he has at least one thing to do.
- Needs a task where he gets a refill on his nicotine patches...
