I assume the "original" is linked to Krusty so that one has to be out in Springfield, the one is storage had to be a franchise one. The the first Krusty Burger and the first Kwik-E-Mart are the only 2 buildings in my town I can guarantee have never moved.
Either way, when I took the one out of storage, the 4 hour task was available.
