Mrs. Kodos Claus quest

I have this quest : celebrate holidays with humans. It doesn't seem to start. Is there anything else I need besides the skin for Kodos to start this quest?

You need the Rigellian Christmas Fireplace to do the task and it is available from Santa's Wonderland.
