You should be able to pick up some, if not all, tapping gamblers in your town. If you're short a few towards the end of the day, then spin at Moe's.

I feel your pain.
10 hours ago I was given a Daily Challenge to get 5 keychains.
So far I've only managed to acquire 1 (one) from tapping on the gamblers. I'm gonna have a new round of bonuts from tapping gamblers before I get 4 more keychains.
May have to eventually break down and use some coins.
