My experience with EA support regarding the constant crashes

Sorry to hear that your game has been so unstable. And that EA support is so unhelpful (although that's not a surprise) .

I've never had extensive crashing issues (knocks wood...) but then again I don't have a massive town filled with decorations or a huge house farm. Both have been suspected to cause crashing.

I did, however, lose all access to the app for 2.5 weeks after buying doughnuts. The app would never get past the black Fox screen before closing itself. EA support did nothing for me, so I got proactive in trying things.

The only way I got past this was to do a full reset of my iPad. Don't know if that would work in a crashy case like yours, but it might be worth a try.

Search the board here, as there are lots of people who have had issues and overcome them.

my co-worker has neither, his also crashes all the time.

Ha ha ha, as a person that wrote part of my thesis on the creation of myth and used Andy Kaufman as an example, I do have to admit that it sounds very plausible. Do you know if they employ Tony Clifton?
