If you have the donuts, run the collider for 10 days. Sell all KEMs that you might have, except for the original one.
Build at least 25 KEMs each time. After they are built, collect the XP and sell them. Build at least 25 more KEM. Repeat every 4 hours.
The more KEMs you build the better, but it gets boring after a while. Building 25 brings the most bang for the buck, as their cost rise from $220 to $14,400.
