I also calculated my hidden percentage through the single income of single houses and I found out 492% (XP) and 356% ($) how is this possible? Apart from the difference, there's a 236% more than my showed multiplier :/

The hidden bonus is only for xp, it doesn't do anything for cash, hence the difference in the numbers
