Need major help

I wanted to know of anyone has heard of a solution to this as to how to get the game to actually open again. Can't get passed initial launch screen before it crashes

Read the FAQ in my sig line... My advice... Sit on it for a day or two if nothing in the FAQ helps... There is a lot of reading to do... And things to try... If after nothing works in a day or two... There is one post about a thread on this forum where some devs do read...

Rs876. No idea why you are being abrupt with your reply. Just stay away. I know no one works for ea I was just hoping someone has heard of this issue and knew how to fix it so I can actually open the game. What's the point in posting a reply and being not only no help but no help with attitude.

Hiya Game. There are actually quite a few people who have had the exact same problem - game crashes while purchasing, then you can't get in at all from that device ever again. You probably can log in from a friend's phone or iPad but that doesn't help much.

So far, I've only heard of a complete factory reset working to fix the problem - it's a tough pill to swallow though. You can give that a shot or keep your eye on the forum here. Eventually someone might find and report a fix... maybe.

If it were not for the forum, which I find very helpful, I would not be playing the game now, I have found help through others' experiences with the servers/bugs etc. :)

Well, I brought Wiggum into it and would shudder to think of him as bad/naughty... :P
