Omg, I'm sorry, but this does make me chuckle a 'lil bit. People from India ARE actually Asian. Amazing, right? There are these things called continents, and that's what Asia is. A continent, which includes the country India. So saying someone from India isn't Asian is like saying that someone from France isn't European.

No need to be rude about it. If you actually want to start to be a *, then let me continue. Continents can be divided in many ways. With the seven continents, cultures or continental plates.
There's culture and only bangladesh and pakistan are anywhere near India, which makes it a unique country with a unique ethinicity.
Then continental plates - there are 14 of them and one of them is the Indian plate (contains India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Sri Lanka) making it geographically, it's own continent.

So sorry you took my comment as being 'rude', it was definitely not my intent. Was just trying to have a little fun. My point still remains though...people from India ARE Asians.

@Igcognita: It wasn't informative. Everyone knows that India is technically part of Asia. What deadshot probably meant was the huge cultural and ethnic difference between India and the rest of Asia.
LIke I said, this was YOUR interpretation, and most definitely NOT my intent. And I'm sorry I would have to politely disagree with your comment to incognita. It's crazy to say that 'everyone knows' something that is not commonly known. Education in North America is disastrous for the most part when it comes to geography and culture on the other side of the world. I know that I struggle with it, even, and I'm university educated.
