Nelson and the Muntz house
You definitely don't need a premium character so don't worry about that, but I can't remember what task it is or how its started. :?

- there is a walkthrough in the FAQ and Guides section. It gives you an order list of what is unlocked, when, and in what order.
- Correct me if i'm wrong but i dont ever remember any quest ever involving a prem character as part of the main game quest lines, tbh that would be out of order on any of the freebie players
- Actually once you build town hall the quest Any given weekday should be triggered by Bart.
For town hall you need to have the retirement castle built then Chief Wiggum will have to collect bribes 3x then after that Lisa should trigger the building of town hall. What tasks do you have in your task book - And don't worry: you do not need Nelson's and Ralph's tasks to finish the main questline.
Both are sidequests. Animated, but not a problem, if you don't get them.

If you're past the level it says once you unlocked a character from the previous level the next quest line to unlock the character will be triggered and repeat until you are caught up
