Did you update?? The content won't appear till after the first 24hr jobs of Homer, Apu and Willie.
If you haven't updated yet, try going into purchased apps in the iTunes update menu area.
Ok that's quite annoying. Seems that people couldn't wait and decided to spend 36 donuts to speed up the task.
