The problem with KL isn't that it's in a different area, it's that they won't let you do anything with it. If they would ease up on what decorations you CAN'T use, and let you have far more freedom, I think it would be a lot of fun.
All trees, hedges, shrubs, holiday decos, event decos, etc. should be able to be used in KL. That would actually be fun.
