Next act/story
Anyone know when the second act/story starts, I can't seem to find a countdown clock or anything

There kind of is a countdown if you check out the "limited time!" items...….
Go to the event tab in the store and check out the countdown on either the: Hot Roasted Chestnuts Cart or the Fair Booth and when that reaches 21d 00h 00m 00s then the 2nd Act will start, likewise 14d for Act 3 and 7d for Act4.
In England that equates to 3pm every Wednesday.
