Unfortunately here in the good ol USA, we are saddled with this inane ritual of playing with our clocks...most states currently observe daylight savings time, which changes the above by 1 hour...

Yes, that list is for winter when GMT is used. It is wrong in the summer when BST is used. Using UK time zone is to figure Noth American time is covoluted. All computers, internet, network time protocol etc use UTC. Times in TSTO files are in UTC.

I just have multiple time zones on my phone, which automatically adjust for these crazy seasonal time changes. Since I travel to Europe occasionally and I have relatives in the UK, it helps to keep track! Good to know when you're trying to make contact with someone that you're not doing it at 3 am. But your phone should have that kind of widget available.
