Night mode???
You're not the only one, I've had it too. I wondered why they looked like they had the lights on as if it were night time in Springfield.

For the small period of time after I posted my above response, some of my other buildings were randomly animating without tasks, like Wolfcastle mansion, the convention center and Wiggum house to name a few. Idk why they were doing this, but not long after they stopped the SH buildings lights went out.
