No donuts at 70,000 and no straight tracks.
I completed it earlier today, I did get 3 straight and 2 Curved pieces but no Dounuts. I'd take it up to EA but truly it's not worth my time To deal with those clowns anymore

I finished mine last night. There was just the announcement for the tracks, but I checked my doughnut total and the 5 bonus doughnuts were there.
