No Gil in my town.
Just updated and I didn't have him. Then I deleted and reinstalled and I still don't have him. Do you have to have Chester? (I don't)

I have Chester in my town and when i logged in Gill was there wondering around with a Speech bubble, but when i log into my kids town who doesnt have Chester Gil is no where to be found!
I have Chester in my main town, but no Gil. I don't have Chester in my second town, Gil appeared right away. I now have a gold mansion (no donut spend confirm on this) in a town with no Lampwick.
Still no Gil in my main town, where it would make sense!
