No Gil in my town.
Just updated and I didn't have him. Then I deleted and reinstalled and I still don't have him. Do you have to have Chester? (I don't)

I have Chester in my town and when i logged in Gill was there wondering around with a Speech bubble, but when i log into my kids town who doesnt have Chester Gil is no where to be found!
That explains why he's no showed in my freemium town or feeders - at least I cant make that mistake again - yes, I really CAN be that stoopid sometimes!!! :?
