He's offering the Springfield Sign + the Duff Brewery + 50,000 $ for 300 Donuts. If you have either Sign or the Brewery already, he won't come and visit you.

Weird. He was there the first few hours then he and the deal went away... don't have either premium item.

the deal isnt there anymore. it said I had over three days for the purchase and now on day two it is gone. its a pitty, I wanted to getit. anyone else similar issues? well... ea missed their oportunity to earn 20bucks...
