Not getting donuts for visiting friends

yes I have max Friends and max FP. I have heard that if u dont have max FP or the max FP Prize, then u wont get donuts, or as many donuts as u do when u reach the max FP and such. Id say if you have max FP then its sheer luck, maybe today or tmw u will get some donuts =)

btw u do not have to click each thing to collect in ur friends towns, just click the 3 buildings and then hit the next town button, the game will auto collect everything (including the 25 exp) and it takes maaaaaaybe 20 minutes for me to do all 99 friends..
