not good at trick or treating
I haven't actually watched everywhere they go but I have noticed mine down at the bottom of my screen where my land ends...maybe they are future trick or treating the buildings I'm GOING to buy?

I forget what the event was but once the kids kept vanishing/escaping into the hills on the left side of the screen. Players were putting out Amber alerts on a regular basis.
