not good at trick or treating
I haven't actually watched everywhere they go but I have noticed mine down at the bottom of my screen where my land ends...maybe they are future trick or treating the buildings I'm GOING to buy?

Because everyone in town already knows Bart, and will just think he's dressed up in a second costume to scam them out of more candy.
Nice excuse, but the game is not real life, so really there is no excuse.
Last years excuse for rod and Todd not trick-or-treating - Ned would never let the boys..... Lol
We just got them- it just wasn't there yet
