Yes, since all of 2012 Halloween has made a reappearance along with the Duff Racer and Cool Brown House.
Right now, the Mapple Store is the next rarest as that's the oldest item that hasn't returned.
Next most desired is the Springfield Falls.
I believe since it's reappearance and drop in payout/XP it's now referred to as the uncool brown house.
