What they say should depend on what tasks you're sending them on. Flanders sometimes says "Well, here goes nothing". I believe that was back at the start of the game where I sent him to condemn scie...

'Quit it' comes to mind. (Althought that, admittedly, usually is followed by 'Bart', as well.)
She should say "Quit it" when you tap her
