The Haunted Sentry Box!
If you're unacquainted with this story, in San Juan Puerto Rico there is a fort called San Cristobal. Like all old Spanish forts, it's on the water and has strategically placed sentry boxes built onto it. There's one known as the Haunted Sentry Box where a mysterious light appears and scares the crap out of people. I think people have either disappeared or been found dead there.
So when you said it could be placed on Squidport, and with the way it looks, I immediately thought of that.
