Opinions please.

In my opinion, it looks nice but I think the bunny hedges are a bit much. They don't really fit in. Also there is too much concrete. Maybe try making walkways to the buildings and leaving grass areas around them to give the area some liveliness. Other then that it's very nice. :D

The only other thing I'd suggest would go against your design plan so I will leave that out.

EDIT: I just noticed this, but if think opening up the area where the roads end between the courthouse and town hall would make a little more sense. I mean think about it, the courthouse needs more then on access point, and most definitely needs on of its own.
