Park/ Community Center opinion please

Now i see both pictures, I still like the first one more with the doughnut cart. I think the community center needs it's own seperate, private area, if you want to give it a park.

I still like it with no Community Center, but it's just my opinion, whatever you like best, you should keep.

I appreciate everyone's opinions I think I'll give it the sleep test and see. it might be a temporary home, but if it isn't there it will just be in a building pile on the outskirts of town. Whacking day and the boatload I got during the donut sale have really eaten up space in my town.
