Optimum level for upgrading Opera House?
thought I saw level 9 gives tasks to the 'saints' to cover all the groups for theater mask jobs.

Actually since fat tony is in the Entrepreneurs group, thats only 2 hour tasks for 5 people instead of 6 aaaaand im too tired tonight to do the math to figure the rest of the equation out...long story short, level 7 is the best level to stop upgrading at.

technically 8 people (fat tony, legs, louie, quimby, sideshow bob,francesca, dr robert,snake) but Quimby has a dna task, fat tony has the entrepeneur task, sideshow bob has lots of dna tasks (and questline duties). (it's a 2 hour task, I dislike them on principle but if you like playing that frequently the upgrade may be worthwhile
