Optimum level for upgrading Opera House?
thought I saw level 9 gives tasks to the 'saints' to cover all the groups for theater mask jobs.

It seems to me that if you play constantly, you should probably upgrade to at least level 9. If you don't play as often (or don't want to feel obligated to play constantly), level 7 is good enough. Frankly, I've been doing so much tapping since this event began that I'm inclined to stop at level 7 and leave out the seven or so characters I'd be able to add to mask collecting were I to upgrade to 9. As long as I can win the Simpsons houseboat, that's good enough for me.
