I think the best designed forum is the one at SIM City, I really like the way that one was set up. I visited SIMS Free Play before I was made a mod then didn't feel right posting there anymore because I didn't want to confuse people. They've moved their forum to another site and I visited that for a little bit and got bored.
I like this one the best!
It's more of a true community than the other forums.
Also, from some PM's that I've gotten? Some of the other forums are like what this one was during our Dana-Era.
