Part 2 is SO much better than Part 1
Hopefully at some point tomorrow the game will get fixed and I'll be able to see all these wondrously great things you talk of :)

You have to do a few tasks first. I think Homer and Lisa activate them, but check the Walk-through to be sure. It took me all day yesterday to actually activate Phase 2, of course I was doing family stuff in the middle of it though. You'll probably also need to visit KL or your friend list to get the quests to activate, since that's been the trend lately. Just make sure the proper characters are free.
