Part 2 is SO much better than Part 1
Hopefully at some point tomorrow the game will get fixed and I'll be able to see all these wondrously great things you talk of :)

Far as I can see the cannon can only be fired a few times before needing to cool off for four hours. Elves spawn around town for sure, yet I'm not sure at what rate yet......
One every few minutes continuous or a bunch every hour or two......haven't been on enough today to be sure.
It would be nice if they explained it, yes. They seem to like to let us figure it out for ourselves though. You can fire the cannon 3 times, with 9 elves max, then there's a 4 hour cool-down.
I'm really surprised nobody's figured out how often the elves spawn and what the max is. It seems like we knew right away with the Rigellians and Feds. Though I guess with all the crashing and server issues, people haven't been on as much.
