Can you clarify bullet #2? Ive read it several times and still don't quite understand what that means.......

It did not solve the problem that the game starts to play loud sounds even though music and sound volume is set to zero in the game. This is extremely annoying because I have to mute the whole phone when playing.

It updated and it works!!!? Feels good to visit my town without being kicked out every 10 seconds.

Kicked out of my B & C Town at least but had no problem with my lvl 939 A with. But no volume in my game.?

And way to go EA. I wasn’t having any issues on an iPad Pro with fully updated iOS. Now if I can get into the game at all it will crash every 3rd friend visit. Then good luck getting back into the game. It just sits on the login screen endlessly spinning the donut. I’ve put the pad down and walked away coming back 5 minutes later with it still spinning. The only thing that can work sometimes is a complete power down of the device and restart. Nice timing with the third event about to start.

Seems to be working for me on Android. So far so good.

After almost 14 days of consistent crashing, the new patch allowed me Into the game normally, and wanted to say thanks for remembering we all still like to play this game! Hopefully other players issues will be resolved as well.

I guess I'm sitting alone on the "EA Crash Bench". Happy that others are able to play!
