Is this a joke? You can't get the Shelbyville items without paying real money? That has to be their biggest scam yet for this game....not to mention why would I place Shelbyville items in Springfield ...

Which is why it IS different than the usual premium items. Even before donuts became "cheap" when they did away levels, players could still earn "free" donuts, so players could get any premium item without actually spending money.
Not anymore - and that's what makes this different...
