I am ready and quite excited for the final phase.
I got all the Phase II prizes. By end of today I'll have over 270 bags to open and a couple dozen of each the eggs and ammo. I'll be saving my friend visits today until after the Change-over (1am tomorrow morning, my time). I do plan to stay up until then, just like the PI/PII Change-over, and get those Friends going straight away.
No one knows for sure, but bags collected during Phase I gave out Ray Guns in Phase II, instead of Probes. It only makes sense that any bag opened in Phase III, regardless of when collected, will provide LPS.

For example, when the timer rolls over to the LPS prizes, it won't just be bags collected after that that have LPS in them, right?
