Placing of Parchment

I won't be doing much with the buildings and decorations related to the event until after it's over or until I get everything. There's no point in doing much with these items since we'll be getting more and for me, since I have so little land.

I've managed to carvjavascript:void(0);e out the botom right hand corner of my town as a future Stonecutter meeting area.
