Plastic Depot Missing
Try going to krustyland and back. That's supposed to fix the problem of prizes not being awarded.

- If the depot is somewhere in your town, you should be able to send characters. You could go through the button top right (Daily Challenges). Take the second tab with 'Rail Yard Project Board' then tap on bottom right icon (house with a magnifying glass), you can then select Plastic Depot and "go to". Hope this works? Keep us updated. :)
- The depot is not in my town. I did try the character and I'll try the Kursty land as soon as I have it unlocked.

- When you try to send the characters on task, where do they go?
You could also try to sync your game by going to friends. - The characters go no wheres and when I click to go to it nothing happens. I've looked in my whole town not existant.
- I mean I've looked for a good solid 30 minutes I'm only level 23 so not much building and I've moved everything.
- If it definitely isn't in either your Springfield or your inventory then the only option is to contact EA support and get them to solve the problem for you by manually adding the missing item.
